Here I am now……..experiencing this……..

All of my questions up to this point have been answered. I get it……..
For the first time in my life I am feeling no stress, no pressure, and no weight.
I woke up Friday morning and the whole thing was….gone…..

It is simply that I woke up with an understanding that I never had before
I have no way or means to explain such a thing
