I believe there is a mention in UB – Foreword – II. GOD – page 3
“Cosmic Consciousness implies the recognition of a First Cause, the one and only uncaused reality.”
Kibo gave this energy the name of grandpa to make it more understandable to the rest of us, the Grandfather, Head of All.
I see it as the energy Chi or Ki that is within all creation.
Answering your question about who is God of Urantia, He is CHRIST MICHAEL ATON, Creator Son of Nebadon.

Here is my understanding on the subject;
The Bible has much truth – but it is not the only place the truth can be found.
God has always spoken to man across the ages and truth can be found in many places – sometimes it is just a sentence that brings that “AHA” moment and makes clear some things that have been puzzling us for a long time.
Don’t limit yourself, and especially don’t limit God.
Don’t be afraid of looking for truth in other writings – just use your God given reasoning and discernment. Analyze for possibilities, follow your intuition.
Most important learn to trust the fact, and it is a fact – that you do have the ability to connect to God and ask questions – you will always get the answer, whether it is by an intuitive feeling or by being guided to further reading and searching.
Always listen for the answer, don’t get busy, distracted and ignore that small voice guiding you.
The Phoenix Journals give us a view of what has been happening to us as a human race – what to pay attention to, how to protect ourselves, learn and develop.
You may think that the political side is of no interest to you, or that Germaine’s explanation of how the Creator creates is so much non-understandable fairy tales – but don’t limit yourself, you may be surprised.
PJ 27 gives us all Laws of how to proceed in this life, not just a sketch of 10.
“UNDERSTANDING THE LAWS OF GOD AND THE CREATION Also called “THE LAWS OF BALANCE”
I. THE HIGHEST COMMAND OF THE LAW OF THE CREATION IS:
Achieve the wisdom of knowledge inasmuch as this will enable you to wisely follow the Laws of The Creation.
This means to seek and demand the TRUTH be shown to you so that you must develop that ability to discern and judge all information, actions and behavior with self and others which go against the laws of balance given forth by GOD and The Creation. II. THE HIGHEST COMMAND OF THE LAW OF GOD IS:
You shall Honor God as the ruler of the human races and follow his Laws for HE is the “King of Wisdom”.
1. YOU SHALL HAVE NO OTHER GODS THAN THE GOD CREATOR BEFORE YOU AND ABIDE WITH THE LAWS OF THE CREATION WHICH ENCOMPASSES ALL. ALSO KNOWN AS“THE LAW OF ONE”. “
The Urantia Book gives us explanation of the universal order and hierarchy, how it all works. The history of planet Earth/Gaia/ Shan/Urantia by whatever name you want o call it, it still is the same place.
We get a different point to look at the life and work of Jesus, known now to the rest of the universe as Sananda [One With God] Esu Immanuel.
I once mentioned the sentence – “line upon line, line upon line, here a little and there a little”- from Isa. 28; 9-10, to point how we are supposed to learn, and was accused of ‘brain washing’ by a Christian.
So don’t limit yourself – TRUTH is one, but it is presented in many ways – use discernment – only the Creator of All, Knows All.

Based on my previous readings, this is my understanding of the situation
Michael Dabi is the brother of Michael Aton. He is the creator of his universe of Julon. He had a problem in his universe – beings, that due to their great abilities with technology convinced themselves that they had it all and could dispense with the spirit – they had no need for a Creator God – they could create what they wanted. It was an insurrection.
M.Aton had three insurrections before He became the Supreme Sovereign of Nebadon – the worse one being the Luciferian one.
The Plan of the Great Creator was to create the Higher Universal Man – a being that could combine Matter and Spirit in harmony – for further creations. The first Race in Havona being a forerunner or blue print of this H.U.Man.
M.Aton of Nebadon, with the approval of The Great Creator suggested bringing, the rounded up trouble makers from Julon to Nebadon as help to develop the H.U.Man. They came by invitation, not invasion.
It was a dual purpose – while Man learned to face and solve the problems of misusing Free Will and insisting to follow the inspiration of the newcomers – to see and understand that too great a reliance on the material, to the exclusion of the Spirit does not work – does not bring lasting success, ends in suffering and misery.
As a help in this, Man was given the Law of Balance of God and Creation to guide him and make him understand that he cannot succeed without the help of the Creator as he is part of The Creator and The Creator is part of him, centers every cell in his body and in all creation.
The other purpose was for the newcomers to learn, by example and experience that Love/Spirit/God were the only important achievements – superior to the technology that they considered as almighty.
The Plan had a limitation date – we are told it achieved what The Creator aimed at. Man, learned and registered in his DNA the lessons that will be passed to future generations. The ‘guests’ learned also, some of them at any rate, and will be able to pass this knowledge on. Others will have to pay the price.
Friends with Lucifer? Lots of celestials were, even admired him. Was he trying to convince Lucifer of the error of his ways in a friendly way, as opposed to shouting, lecturing and condemning? One can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
This is my view of things – if you don’t feel good about it please ignore it, I am not starting an argument and will not raise to the bait, it is just something that I was inspired to write.

No and more no. LYMAN has changed his story again. He always said he had postponed his universe. And then he stated at one point that he was good friends with Lucifer and Michael Sons do not invade a universe and do such a thing. Then he said he created all the thugs a huge long long time ago and now this. Lyman is serving the dark side in destruction. He has made himself here today a master Michael and these ones do not invade anothers universe in service either. Lyman.. you have just destroyed DABI’s ability to manifest on this world thru you. He cannot walk in your form in the manner I am undergoing and have covered on TIU. Michael of Nebadon does not need this sort of help. I am in tears and in great pain at what you have just done.
I will not be back here again. I cannot give my time further to this corruption.
